# How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact your professional. This can be done via the email address available via the platform. This way you can move or cancel an appointment together.

## Step by step guide

1. Go to https://app.bloomup.org/login
2. Log in to your account by entering your email address and password
3. Go to the consultation page (https://app.bloomup.org/home/consultations)
4. Click on the appointment you want to reschedule or cancel
5. Your professional's email address is at the top of the page, under the title 'Professional'
